How does the Home Health score work?
Every task in your plan carries a weight based on how much it matters and how overdue it is. Complete a task and your score goes up by exactly what the task showed. It never lies to motivate you.
Is Eden really free?
Yes. Your full maintenance plan, all reminders, unlimited items, and your headline score are free for one home, forever. Eden Premium adds score breakdowns and trends, the Home Health Report, a plan that adapts, and multiple properties. Every new account starts with 14 days of Premium, free.
Is Eden on iPhone?
Eden is on Android today. If you want it on iOS, send us a message and say so. Genuinely. We keep count.
How do I manage or cancel Eden Premium?
Subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Premium until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Your personal information is deleted; the privacy policy has the details on what happens to anonymized maintenance history.
My reminders are not showing up.
Check that notifications are allowed for Eden in your Android settings, and that battery optimization is not set to restrict the app. If they still hide from you, send us a message and we will dig in.
